DAY OF COORDINATOR RECEPTION ONLY
 
We will meet with you and your florist and dj to finalize the reception details, making sure that all plans have been communicated properly.   We will meet with you and your caterer at the venue to establish a floor plan and finalize your menu.    The week prior to your event, we will contact all vendors, including your venue,  to schedule delivery day and times.   Then the day of your wedding (sometimes delivery is the day before), we are there to  accept and double check rentals as they arrive.  We oversee setup as well.  This is all taken care of while you are at the church getting ready for your wedding.  When you get to your reception venue, everything is wonderful, and your guests have been greeted.  We will coordinate with your entertainment for introductions, dances, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss and departure.  We will make sure everyone stays on task with the present schedule.  At the end of the evening, we will collect all wedding day items (toasting flutes, cake servers, gifts, etc.).  This plan includes unlimited phone calls from the time you hire us.       
 
 
DAY OF COORDINATOR WEDDING AND RECEPTION
 
This package consists of all the above, adding the rehearsal day, direction of the ceremony and coordinating with your musicians.  We will be sure that all personal flowers are counted and correct, and pin all corsages on the ladies and boutonnieres on the men.  We also work with your photographer keeping everyone on task for pictures before and after the ceremony.   We take care of all behind the scenes things that may arise, and you will never know about it.  In our years of experience, we have developed the ability to problem solve.  The last thing you need on the day of  your wedding is to have everyone running to you wanting to know what to do if  something isn't going exactly the way it should.  We have an emergency plan for anything that may come up, from sewing, taping and pinning to music if we need it.  We will meet with you and your vendors to make sure all details are taken care of.  This plan also includes unlimited phone calls from the day you hire us.      
 
 
PLANNER PACKAGE
 
With this plan, we start the day you hire us.  We help you determine a budget, plan a design or theme for your wedding, and schedule and attend all meetings with you and your vendors, including rental companies to "shop" for linens, chairs, etc.   This package, of course, consists of the 2 packages above.  Our goal is to assure that your dream of your perfect wedding is carried out, helping you plan every detail from beginning to end.  We will help with save the date announcements, invitations, programs, and favors, including putting them together, giving you more time to take care of things that only you can do.  This plan includes any service that you may need. 
 
 
CONSULTATION PACKAGE
 
We will meet with you at your venue and help you create a design and floor plan.  We will also give you educated vendor recommendations that fit with your vision and budget.  This gives you a guideline for your event.  This package does not include any "day of" services.  
 
 
DESIGN PACKAGE
